Any miscommunication or misleading information provided by the dropshipper is solely their responsibility. Shipora.lk is not liable for any issues arising from false or incorrect information provided by dropshippers, including any mistakes, misrepresentations, or errors during the order process.
3. Return Eligibility
Customers may return a product if:
- The product received is not in good condition or is damaged.
- The product does not match the description or is different from what was ordered.
Returns will be accepted under these conditions, and Shipora.lk will take responsibility for processing the returns and ensuring the customer receives the appropriate replacement or refund.
4. Dropshipper Return Fee
Depending on the agreement between Shipora.lk and the dropshipper, a return fee may be charged to the dropshipper for returned items. The fee amount is specified in the dropshipper’s agreement with Shipora.lk. It is the dropshipper’s responsibility to cover this fee in cases where the customer returns a product due to issues caused by the dropshipper, such as incorrect information or miscommunication.

Shipora.lk is not liable for any issues resulting from dropshippers providing incorrect or misleading information to customers. The dropshipper is solely responsible for resolving such matters with their customers. Shipora.lk’s liability is limited to the quality and accuracy of the products provided on the platform.

To initiate a return, customers must contact Shipora.lk through our customer service channels. Once a return is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the product.
