Welcome to Shipora.lk. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our platform by dropshippers. By registering and using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Registration and Information Accuracy

Dropshippers must provide accurate and valid personal information during registration. It is the responsibility of the dropshipper to update their information promptly if any changes occur. Failure to provide correct information may result in the suspension or termination of the account.

2. Order Placement

Dropshippers are required to place orders solely through the Shipora.lk platform. You may only sell the items available within the dropshipping platform and at the specified price range. Placing orders outside of the platform or altering prices without authorization is strictly prohibited.

3. Providing Accurate Information

Dropshippers must not mislead customers or provide any false information. It is your responsibility to ensure that all product details and customer information are accurate and valid. Falsifying or misleading customers can lead to account termination.

4. Real Customer Orders

Dropshippers are only allowed to place orders that are genuinely requested by customers. Any order placed must be based on a legitimate customer request. Placing fake or fraudulent orders is strictly prohibited.

5. Compliance with Laws

Dropshippers are required to comply with all applicable government and state laws. Shipora.lk operates under all relevant legal frameworks, and dropshippers must adhere to the same standards.

6. Returns and Return Fees

In the event of product returns, Shipora.lk may deduct a return fee from the dropshipper, as specified in the dropshipper's agreement. The amount may vary depending on the agreement terms.

7. Dropshipping Service Fee

Shipora.lk charges a 3% service fee on all profits earned by the dropshippers. This is the only service fee collected by the company. There is currently no registration fee, but dropshippers must complete KYC verification and mobile phone verification to begin dropshipping.

8. Account Termination

Shipora.lk reserves the right to block or terminate a dropshipper's account at any time, particularly if they violate any of these terms and conditions. Notification will be provided to the dropshipper in the event of such action.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipora.lk will make every effort to deliver products promptly, but delays may occur. The company uses third-party courier services for delivery, and any issues, delays, or errors caused by the courier service are not the responsibility of Shipora.lk. Orders will be delivered only to the exact address provided by the dropshipper.

10. Payment Schedule

Payments for dropshippers are processed every Friday based on the goods delivered and any returned goods. Dropshippers will receive their payment the following day after processing is completed.

11. Courier Company Liability

Shipora.lk only delivers goods through third-party courier companies. The dropshipping company is not liable for any issues such as delays, errors, or losses caused by the courier services. It is the responsibility of the dropshipper to provide accurate customer shipping information.

12. Customer Information

Shipora.lk holds no responsibility for the accuracy of the customer information provided by the dropshipper. It is the dropshipper’s full liability to ensure that all customer information, including shipping addresses and contact details, are correct.

13. Amendments to Terms

Shipora.lk reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Dropshippers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
